His exposure to research and applications in deep learning, machine learning, and computer vision, as well as a general background in math, statistics, physics, and software engineering, allows him to think broadly and approach complex problems methodologically. Through the experience of working with teams on novel challenges from diverse backgrounds, Lasha believes that achieving shared goals is a product of hard individual work and effective teamwork.
